Greenway Clinic, as the first modular building focused on a "Community Clinic" theme, transforms medical spaces into a "House of Healing" surrounded by greenery. 

As you step into this place, you feel a soft breeze, notice the scent of plants in the air, and hear quiet conversations between people. It becomes a space meant to be experienced, not just seen.

Lighting | 15 LED Points with Adjustable Scenes

This building includes 15 light points and 7 light strips, allowing you to switch between day and night modes freely.

The lighting system is designed to reflect real clinical environments:

• Dental room with focused shadowless lighting
• X-ray area with cool blue tones 
• Patient room with soft sterilization lighting 

With different combinations of light, the entire building comes to life and creates a more immersive display.

Structure | A Modular Quick-Release Design

The model features a three-level modular structure with a removable back design. Each floor can be separated for individual display, while side walls can also be detached to reveal interior layouts. A functional elevator system connects the floors, allowing for seamless interaction between your characters.

Minifigures | A Vibrant Cast of Characters

This set includes 6 Minifigures from the Town Life universe:

• Dr. Clara Benn: A trusted GP and pharmacist in the community
• Luca Moran: A male nurse who wants to be someone patients can rely on
• Chloe: A gallery artist who also volunteers in the community
• Charlotte: A frequent ice cream shop customer who often visits the clinic for dental care
• Mia Bell: A bakery owner expecting a new arrival
• Charlie: A theater repair worker who stays cheerful even when injured

Together, they form a small town where different lives meet and interact every day.

In Greenway Clinic, care does not only come from people, but also from small companions. This set contains 3 brand-new animal molds (Labrador, Bird, and Butterfly) to add life to the scene. It also comes with 4 PVC Psychology Theme Cards featuring therapeutic illustrations and uplifting quotes.

Built on a standard 32×32 baseplate, it is fully compatible with other modular street view building blocks like Pocket Garden or Italian Homestyle Restaurant. It also supports integrated power supply, allowing your entire street to glow in unison.
